Instructions for Discussion
Below are suggested questions you can ask students to reflect on to help with your discussion. You may be inspired to ask different questions based on the needs of your group.
- Can you share an example of how taking religion courses along with your other courses has helped you in your life as well as in your studies?
- Brother Bigelow shared this from President Christofferson. "Most importantly, your Heavenly Father and your Savior know you and can and will grant you heavenly help." How do God and Jesus Christ help you in your studies? What do you do to seek for their help?
- What patterns have you created in your daily life to include prayer and scripture study that allow you to connect with heaven and to receive heaven's help? How do you help your family and friends to do the same?
